Our focal point is on delivering customized leadership and organizational development services. Clients come to Linda because of what she doesn’t bring – formulas, standard processes, and fond memories of what worked for other clients. Her clients seek partnerships and flexibility. She focuses on how they do things, not on her approach, not the latest theory. She is personally involved in the work, learning together as a team.
Linda helps clients find the answers by asking appropriate questions and listening for the real issues and challenges.
